WHAT ARE DERMAL FILLERS?
Dermal fillers are clear gels which are injected under the skin to fill and smooth fine lines and wrinkles and create volume where it’s been lost.
At Glow, the Dermal Fillers that Dr. Perea uses are gels of Hyaluronic Acid, which is a naturally occurring component of the skin. For this reason no allergy test is necessary.
In Lip Enhancements, as Dr. Perea is a dentist, she can inject some local anaesthetic (Dental Block) in order to make the procedure painless.

Many skin problems are associated with an excessive build up of dead skin cells, which make skin look thick, dull with clogged pores. Skin Peels offer a revolutionary way to effectively treat ageing skin, acne, reduce sun damage and hyper pigmentation. As a regular treatment, it can also help the skin to appear smoother, brighter and plumper.
HOW DO THEY WORK?
Chemical peels woks by encouraging the stimulation of collagen and elastin to rejuvenate the skin.
The Chemical Peels Dr Cristina uses at Glow are AGERA PEELS.
Agera Peels are made up of four different acids which consist of:
-Ascorbic Acid contains Vitamin C that helps to reduces redness, whilst stimulating collagen
-Salicylic Acid encourages removal of dead skin cells, reducing blocked pores and can help to reduce acne
-Lactic Acid has excellent exfoliating and softening properties
-Citric Acid derives from citrus fruits and is a great antioxidant
They are gentle peelings, with a proliferating and sterilising action, so they don’t cause excessive skin shedding, and they are suitable for all skin types and ages but, as every patient is different, the first free consultation appointment is important to determine the type of treatment that is required.
WHAT IS THE EXPECTED RESULT?

WHAT ARE SKIN BOOSTERS?
Skin Boosters are a treatment which involves hydrating microinjections of a soft, gel-like substance made of high concentration of natural and free Hyaluronic Acid (HA) into the skin.
At Glow Clinic, Dr Cristina uses Skin Boosters where the HA is combined with anti-oxidants, amino acids, minerals and vitamin. These injections are designed to prevent premature aging of our skin and to boost the radiance of our face, they improve the skin’s firmness, elasticity and radiance.
HA is found naturally in the body where it maintains hydration in the skin. As we age, the quality of our HA diminishes over time. Skin Boosters replenish and maintain natural hydration levels from within as they continue to work over several months.
WHAT ARE THEY USED FOR?
Skin Boosters are used:
– As an alternative for prevention, slowing down the aging process of the skin by keeping it
– As a compensation for the skin, as the AH injections compensate the natural loss of this
substance and stimulates the auto-production of collagen to help:
Smooth out wrinkles
Enhance skin glow
They improve the skin’s quality by boosting hydration levels deep inside the skin and increasing it’s
smoothness, elasticity and firmness. What you and everyone else will notice is a fresh and
invigorated look your skin.
WHERE SHOULD THEY BE USED?
Skin Boosters can be used in the following areas:
1 Session £200
3 Sessions £500
Most of the treatments are more effective, and results driven, when you have a course.
